# 醫療器材查詢

查醫療器材許可證及說明書。

## 查詢條件

許可證字號、中文品名、英文品名。

下拉選單：**註銷狀態**、**醫療器材級數**、**醫器主類別一**。不篩選時選「全部」。

## 顯示上限

上下兩張表**各自最多顯示 5000 列**（比照西藥許可證查詢）。

超過時畫面只看得到前 5000 筆，但「**匯出xlsx**」拿的是**完整查詢結果**，不受這個上限影響。要全部資料就匯出來看。

## 前往來源網站

按鈕列右側的「**許可證查詢網址**」會用瀏覽器開食藥署的原始查詢頁。
