# 哺乳用藥安全

查 NCBI 的 **LactMed**（Drugs and Lactation Database）哺乳期用藥摘要。

## 用法

在「**查詢藥名**」輸入英文藥名，按「**🔍 查詢**」。左側是「**查詢結果**」清單，點某一筆顯示「Summary of Use during Lactation」段落。

會一併標出該藥的 **LactMed 修訂日期**。

## 它是離線的

內文讀的是**隨程式附的離線索引** `data/lactmed.db`。查詢完全不連網，瞬間顯示。

> 為什麼要做成離線：NCBI 自 2026 年起在書目頁前面加了瀏覽器驗證。請求會回「成功」但內容是驗證頁，舊版因此會誤報成「可能此記錄格式不同」。現在改讀官方的批次封存所產生的索引。

## 更新離線資料

查詢列上有「**更新離線資料**」。按下去會重新抓最新的官方封存並重建索引。

**封存約 200 MB**，下載要一段時間；用完即刪，只留約 1.5 MB 的索引。平常不必按，每次改版都會附上新的索引。

## 查不到的藥

索引裡沒有的藥（比較新的）會自動退回連網抓。這時候就會碰到上述的驗證問題而失敗——按「**NIH 網頁**」用瀏覽器自己開比較快。
